PEGinpol Oral Suspension for Powder

It is a medical device with a laxative effect that regulates the intestines naturally through an osmotic mechanism.

Thanks to its affinity for water, PEGinpol softens the stool and facilitates evacuation without causing cramping, abdominal pain, or urgency. Its effectiveness does not decrease over time. It is not absorbed or fermented in the intestine, does not irritate the mucosa, and is excreted unchanged in the stool.

It is indicated for the treatment of chronic constipation and occasional irregular bowel movements.

From 6 months to age 2 years (up to 12 kg): 0.8 g of product per kg of body weight per day.

2-11 ages (12-20 kg): 1 g of product per kg of body weight per day.

Over the age of 11 years (or >20 kg): 10-30 g of product per day (5-15 measuring spoons).

Based on the above dosages, use the measuring spoon equipped with markings that allow you to dose the required amount of product (0.5 g for the first notch, 1 g for the second notch, and 2 g for a full measuring spoon).

To prepare the suspension, mix one measuring spoon (equivalent to 2 grams) of powder with about 1/4 cup of water (25 ml) or another beverage (e.g., tea, milk, fruit juice) at room temperature. Drink the suspension immediately after preparation.
